WHO IS ANGELA GARLAND?

Angela possesses a rare ability to walk into a room and uplift the spirit of the moment while making everyone in attendance remarkably comfortable. Her positive, “anything is possible” attitude is infections and brings a marked change to her audiences and students.

She has worked with business owners and corporate teams for 16 years, training and motivating owners and team members on everything from marketing and economics to networking and communicating with different generations. Angela has a diverse background that includes everything from consulting and sales to operations and business start-up. She is currently the founder and owner of Exit 11 Workspace, Coffee House and Drive-Thru. She is also an active member of her community, volunteering her time as a Rotarian and Board member of Grace’s Place Crisis Nursery.

Angela has always been a persistent kind of driven, doing what seems impossible, often to prove to everyone (including herself) that it can be done. She completed her B.A. and M.B.A. while parenting 4 children, completely rehabbed the 115-year-old home where she and her children lived for several years, and traveled to Mexico to summit two of North America’s 3rd & 7th highest peaks—even though she was not a climber and the trip required extensive training and mental toughness. Angela’s drive to take action and, frankly, take risks has proven inspirational to those around her. Though she feels uniquely equipped to use her leadership skills to motivate others, she does so while being grounded and refreshingly honest. Angela will propel you forward and inspire you to take advantage of every moment.
